General Information
The Harbormaster’s office is located in the lower level of Town Hall.
The Police Chief acts as Harbormaster for the Town of Manchester-by-the-Sea, with Peter K. Mains as the Associate Harbormaster.
The Harbormaster monitors emergency channel 16 VHF.
Office hours are held each Thursday evening from 6 – 8 p.m. in the lower level of the Town Hall. No office hours are held during the months of November, December, or January, however phone messages are answered throughout the year.
